Poached Egg

  1. Line a cup or mug with clingfilm leaving an excess around the tp.

  2. Crack the egg into the mug, then gather the excess clingfilm and tie it into a knot to make an egg parcel.

  3. Place the parcel into a pan of boiling water for 4-6 minutes, depending on how set you like your eggs.

  4. Remove from the pan, cut the top off the clingfilm and you have the perfect poached egg.
