Our Own Brand range is a key part of the overall SPAR offer. Not only does it demonstrate that we are committed to providing good quality products, but also that we extend our offer to our customers beyond just the store itself.

This is a really exciting time for SPAR, as we are in the throws of running our biggest ever own brand re-launch delivering products and ranges for our customers which reflect today's customer requirements. The quality of the new range is outstanding with a price to suit every need. There are 900 own brand lines with 150 new products with better ingredients, improved flavour and great value.

Its been nearly 2 years in the making and we have invested just under £1 million to get where we are today. We have put our customers centre stage and spent a lot of time understanding how they shop and asking them what they want from their local SPAR store.

We know their shopping habits are changing. More than ever before they are shopping locally, they are moving away from the traditional big shops and shopping weekly, as food waste and budgets become more important. They want more than a top up shop. They want the total meal solution.

They’ve told us they want us to have bigger ranges with more choice . They don’t see SPAR as just a top up shop they want to use it weekly, they want us to provide the solutions to their meal requirements whether its tea for the kids, food to eat on the run at lunchtime or all the essentials you need for those unpredictable summer BBQ’s when friends just pop round. They also want more own brand.
