There’s nothing like a warming blend of whisky and honey to keep the cold out. Pair a hot toddy with the tangy bite and caramel crunch of a toffee apple. They’re a match made in Bonfire Night heaven!

Here’s how to make them:
Hot Toddy for 2:
· Simply mix 50ml of whisky with 3 tsp honey and cloves in a cup or glass, top with boiling water and stir until the mixture is perfectly blended.
Toffee apples:
· Stick skewers into washed apples, then make a toffee mix by boiling demerara sugar, butter, golden syrup, water, and a splash of cider vinegar. Dip each apple into the hot toffee, spooning over if needed, and let them set on a lined tray. Perfect for Bonfire Night snacking!
