Chocolate & Pistachio Bars
Inspired by the Dubai Chocolate viral trend, these Chocolate & Pistachio bars have a buttery biscuit base, topped with a luxurious blend of cream cheese, thick cream, and sweetened condensed milk swirled with chopped pistachios. Baked to perfection and finished with a glossy chocolate layer and a sprinkle of pistachio crunch, these bars are as elegant as they are irresistible.

Layers of creamy, nutty goodness, a luscious treat where crunchy digestive biscuit meets velvety pistachio cream and smooth milk chocolate. Perfect chilled from the fridge or served at room temp, they’re your next go-to for parties, gifting, or a quiet indulgence.
What you'll need:
- 2 cups digestive biscuits
- 100g melted unsalted butter
- 10 tbsp cream cheese
- 250ml thick cream
- 1 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 160g milk chocolate
- pistachios for garnish
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Grease a 20x20cm square baking pan with parchment paper
- Mix powdered biscuits with melted butter
- Place this on the baking tray and press it well onto the base of the pan
- Take cream cheese, thick cream, condensed milk and powdered pistachios
- Mix well till smooth
- Pour over the biscuit base
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until it gets firm
- Take it out of the oven
- Melt the milk chocolate
- Pour the melted chocolate over the pistachio cream layer and spread evenly
- Sprinkle sliced pistachios on top and serve
- You can refrigerate for 1 hour
- Cut into bars (size of your choosing)
Top tip: Add additional toppings like almonds and dried fruit
