With just five simple ingredients and a few minutes, you can create a sweet and tangy dressing that complements loads of tasty meals. Feel free to double up or reduce the ingredients to suit your needs.

What you'll need:

  • 120ml olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Method:
