Honey and Mustard Dressing
Knowing how to make a honey and mustard dressing is your secret weapon to whipping up the most delicious summer salads. This crowd pleasing dressing pairs well with all kinds of salads and leafy greens but it also works wonderfully with roasted veggies, grilled meats and healthy grain bowls too.

What you'll need:
- 120ml olive oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Method:
- Pour all of your ingredients into a container or jam jar and shake well until emulsified.
