Savoy Cabbage Stir-Fry with Prawn & Chilli
Turn up the heat with this vibrant stir-fry that’s as bold in flavour as it is speedy to make. Tender ribbons of savoy cabbage are flash fried with juicy prawns, garlic, and fiery red chilli, creating a dish that’s light, zesty, and full of character. A splash of soy sauce and a hint of sesame oil bring everything together - perfect for busy weeknights or when you’re craving something fresh and fiery.

What you'll need:
- Savoy Cabbage, sliced
- 200g prawns
- 1 red chili, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Method:
- Heat sesame oil in a pan
- Sauté the garlic and ginger
- Add prawns and cook until pink
- Toss in the sliced cabbage and chili
- Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes
- Add soy sauce
- Garnish with some sesame seeds
