Tender ribbons of savoy cabbage are flash fried with juicy prawns, garlic, and fiery red chilli, creating a dish that’s light, zesty, and full of character. A splash of soy sauce and a hint of sesame oil bring everything together - perfect for busy weeknights or when you’re craving something fresh and fiery.

What you'll need:

  • Savoy Cabbage, sliced
  • 200g prawns
  • 1 red chili, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Method:

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan
  2. Sauté the garlic and ginger
  3. Add prawns and cook until pink
  4. Toss in the sliced cabbage and chili
  5. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes
  6. Add soy sauce
  7. Garnish with some sesame seeds
