Watermelon and Feta Salad
This watermelon and feta salad will make the perfect side dish at your next barbecue. The watermelon is refreshing and juicy while the feta is salty and tangy. These contrasting flavours make a deliciously sweet and salty salad that can be enjoyed with everything from steak and grilled chicken to smoked salmon.

What you'll need:
- 180g watermelon slices
- 100g feta cheese
- Sprinkle of sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- 1 tablespoon olive oilÂ
- Sprig of mint

Method:
