What you'll need

1 1/2 oz gin
2 oz Rubicon Passion
5-6 drops of lemon juice
Soda water for topping
1/2 passionfruit pulp to garnish
Fresh mint

Method

Method:

Add all ingredients into a highball glass and mix.

Scoop the pulp of 1/2 a passionfruit into each cocktail.

Feel free to further garnish with mint as well.
