Method
- Add fusilli to a saucepan of boiling water and simmer for 6-8 minutes until tender, then drain.
- Preheat a frying Then add olive oil, garlic and onion. Cook for two minutes before adding the chicken, and cook for a further five minutes until the meat is cooked through.
- At this point, add and mix in the red pesto, red pepper and black pepper.
- Stir in the drained penne and heat for a further minute before serving up with parmesan and more black pepper.
