- 340g of wheat gluten
- 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons of almond butter
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 170ml of water
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- A pinch of brown sugar
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
Preheat your BBQ to 270 degrees. Meanwhile, add together your first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Pour your water into a measuring cup, adding and mixing in the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar and almond butter. Combine your measuring jug and the ingredients in the bowl together and stir.
Knead your mixture until it has formed into a ball and then roll out into a rectangular shape. Using a sharp knife, cut 10 equal pieces from your mixture to make your ribs. Use lolly-pop sticks to hold each piece in place, pinching to seal.
Proceed to cook your ribs for 30 minutes, turn over, and then cook for another 30 minutes until piping hot throughout. Remove from the grill and serve with BBQ sauce to create your tasty vegetarian BBQ food.

- Sesame oil

Preheat your BBQ to a medium heat. Meanwhile, whisk together your olive oil, garlic, oregano, and seasoning in a small bowl. Put your mushroom caps into your bowl and coat evenly by turning in the mixture.
