Spookily Simple Gin Cocktails

The star of our gin-based cocktails is our SPAR London Gin: juniper berries are presented front and centre in London Dry gins, and this one can really hold its own against the mixers and other ingredients.

Vampire’s Delight

Fill your punch bowl with this unnervingly thick cocktail, with a sharp kick of cranberries and sour fruit, and a scarlet shade to appeal to and satisfy the thirstiest of vampires! To serve 8 you will need:

  • 750ml of Cranberry Juice
  • 500g tub of Frozen Black Forest Fruits
  • 100ml of SPAR London Gin
  • Ice cubes

Blend your fruit and cranberry juice together in a food processor. Once thick and smooth, pour in your gin and give it a quick stir before pouring into your punch bowl and topping with ice cubes.

Lemon and Slime

This refreshing punch will serve eight and you can easily turn this gruesome refresher into a non-alcoholic version by leaving out the Gin. You will need:

  • 1l of SPAR Lemonade
  • 2 limes
  • 4 kiwi fruits
  • 100ml of SPAR London Gin

Pour your lemonade into your punch bowl and add the juice from your limes. Halve the kiwis and scoop out the flesh into a food processor. Blend down and add to your bowl. Finish with your London Gin and serve over ice.

A Devilishly Dark Rum Cocktail

The warming taste of rum is a perfect representation of the fire of hell on Halloween, and this rum cocktail recipe features SPAR Dark Rum at the helm – or gates.
