White Peach Spritz

This delicious wine-based cocktail is great for going from summer afternoons into late summer evenings. To make, simply combine white wine with a splash of your favourite flavoured sparkling water. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of fresh basil to add a burst of citrus and herbal notes. Cheers to making the most of the summer!

How to make a White Peach Spritz

Who doesn’t love a white wine spritz on a warm summer’s day? No need for a cocktail shaker, just add the ingredients to a glass and give it a quick stir.

Notes: If you don’t like peach, feel free to experiment with alternative flavours to find the perfect combination for you.

What you'll need:

100ml White Wine
100ml Peach Sparkling Water*
3 x lemon slices
Sprig of fresh basil
Ice

* or your preferred flavour of sparkling water

Method:

First fill your wine glass with ice
Add 2 x lemon slices into the side of your glass
Add 100ml of white wine in your glass. We love this with SPAR’s own ‘a sip of white’ wine
Top with peach sparkling water, or your preferred flavour of sparkling water
Stir gently with a cocktail stirrer
Garnish with another slice slice of lemon and basil leaves
