What you'll need:

  • 100g frozen banana
  • 50g walnuts
  • 1 TSP natural honey
  • 130ml almond milk
  • Topping: blackberry, grapes

Method:

  1. In a blender, pour frozen banana, walnuts, natural honey, and mix well.
  2. Now add the almond milk. Keep mixing until smooth.
  3. Your delicious banana smoothie is ready to serve!
  4. Top with some blackberry and grapes.
