Grapefruit Spritz Recipe
Light, zesty and beautifully balanced, this Grapefruit & Rosemary Tonic Spritz proves that alcohol-free doesn’t mean compromise. With sharp pink grapefruit, aromatic rosemary and plenty of crisp tonic bubbles make it a seriously refreshing pour.
What you'll need:
● 200ml pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed if possible)
● 300ml SPAR premium tonic water, well chilled
● Juice of ½ lemon
● 1–2 tsp SPAR honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)
● Ice cubes
● Fresh rosemary sprigs
● Pink grapefruit slices, to garnish
Top tip
For extra flavour, chill your glasses beforehand or freeze grapefruit slices into ice cubes for a simple but striking finish.
Method:
- Pour the grapefruit juice and lemon juice into a jug.
- Add honey or agave if using, stirring until dissolved.
- Fill two glasses with ice and divide the citrus mixture between the glasses.
- Gently top up with chilled tonic water.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a slice of pink grapefruit.
