Rainbow Fruit Kebabs

Bright, colourful and packed with fresh fruit, these rainbow fruit kebabs are perfect for parties, picnics, Pride celebrations or a fun healthy snack for little ones. Easy to make and ready in minutes, they’re a simple way to add a splash of colour to your table.

What you'll need:

For the kebabs

  • 8 strawberries, halved
  • 1 small orange, peeled and segmented
  • ½ pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 2 kiwi fruits, sliced
  • 16 green grapes
  • 16 blueberries
  • 16 blackberries or purple grapes
  • 8 wooden skewers

Optional extras

  • Vanilla yogurt for dipping
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Chocolate drizzle

Method:

  1. Wash and prepare all of the fruit into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Take a wooden skewer and thread the fruit on in rainbow order using strawberries, orange, pineapple, kiwi, green grapes, blueberries and blackberries.
  3. Repeat until all skewers are filled.
  4. Arrange the rainbow kebabs onto a serving platter or board.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until ready to enjoy.

Top tip: For younger children, swap wooden skewers for paper straws or blunt reusable sticks for a safer option.
