1. Classic Margarita
What you'll need:
- 100ml tequila
- 50ml triple sec
- 50ml fresh lime juice
- Ice
- Salt, for the rim
- Lime wedges, to garnish
Method:
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of two glasses and dip into salt.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the tequila, triple sec and lime juice.
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Strain into ice-filled glasses.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
2. Spicy Margarita
What you'll need:
- 100ml tequila
- 50ml triple sec
- 50ml fresh lime juice
- 10-15ml agave syrup (optional)
- 1 fresh red chilli, sliced
- Ice
- Chilli salt, for the rim
- Lime wedges, to garnish
Method:
- Rim your glasses with chilli salt.
- Add a few slices of chilli to a cocktail shaker and gently muddle.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Add tequila, triple sec, lime juice and agave syrup.
- Shake well for 15-20 seconds.
- Strain into glasses filled with fresh ice.

What you'll need:
- 300g frozen watermelon chunks
- 100ml tequila
- 50ml triple sec

Method:
- Add the frozen watermelon, tequila, triple sec and lime juice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and slushy.
