This cocktail is a great way of using up those leftover spirits from Christmas and New Year’s parties, topped up with sparkling prosecco.🥂

How to make a 2nd chance Bucks Fizz!

Follow our super easy cocktail recipe to serve up a tasty cocktail for your guests this Christmas!🎄

What you'll need:

100ml SPAR Perlezza Prosecco
25ml of your choice of spirit (whisky, gin, vodka, rum, they all work!)
2 tsp Orange Marmalade (or whatever jam you have)
To garnish – whatever fruit you have

Method:

Add 2 tsp of jam or marmalade to your cocktail shaker with 25ml of a spirit of your choice (they all work).
Add ice and shake vigorously until the outside of the cocktail shaker feels cold.
Strain into your glass (a flute if you have one) and top with your chilled Prosecco.
Garnish with whatever fruit you have.

Top tip: Add a burst of flavour and colour to your drink with a citrus twist. Simply use a peeler or sharp knife and then twist onto the rim of your glass!
