There’s a certain kind of cocktail that instantly transports you — the kind that tastes like a holiday even when you’re nowhere near a beach. The Tropical SPARGARITA does exactly that, taking the clean botanicals of gin and layering them with lush tropical fruit and a bright citrus fizz. It’s playful, refreshing, and just a little bit cheeky, especially with that hit of mint you “wake up” before serving. Whether you’re mixing it for a garden gathering or simply chasing a burst of sunshine in a glass, this is a drink that brings the tropics to you.

The "Tropical Gin Crush"—a botanical, sunny twist on a citrus classic.
Host's Tip: Since the juices and fizzy mixers are the stars here, keep them in the fridge until the very last second. Cold mixers mean your ice lasts longer, and your drink stays "punchy" rather than watery!
What you'll need:
- Spirit: 50ml SPAR London Dry Gin
- Mixer: 50ml SPAR Tropical Juice
- Top-up: SPAR Lemon & Lime Crush Zero
- Garnish: A "smacked" sprig of fresh mint
Method:
- If you’re feeling fancy, rim your glass with a bit of salt or sugar first.
- Fill the glass with plenty of ice (crushed ice works brilliantly here if you have it).
- Add the SPAR Gin and Tropical Juice.
- Top up with the SPAR Lemon & Lime Crush Zero.
- Give it a quick stir to lift the juice from the bottom.
- Place a mint sprig in your palm and give it a firm "clap"—this releases the aromatic oils. Tuck it into the ice and serve.
