How to make Mulled Gin 

We would recommend serving your mulled gin in a heatproof glass or even a festive mug! Try our easy mulled gin recipe today. 

What you'll need:

  • 100ml SPAR Gin
  • 400ml SPAR apple juice
  • ½ lemon, sliced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 cardamom pods, lightly crushed
  • 1 small cinnamon stick
  • 3 juniper berries, lightly crushed
  • ½ tsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp runny honey


  1. Divide up the gin between four small heatproof glasses or mugs.
  2. Using a saucepan, tip the apple juice along with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Gently bring the liquid to a simmer on a low heat for a few minutes and then strain into a jug.
  4. Pour the apple juice into glasses with the gin and stir
  5. Garnish each of your glasses with a bay leaf and a lemon slice.
