What you'll need:
- 1 medium tortilla wrap
- 20g tomato puree
- 50g cooked chicken breast
- 50g 50% reduced fat cheddar
- 20g feta cheese
- 1/8 chopped green pepper
- 1/8 chopped red pepper
- Dried oregano
- Rocket (for serving)

Method:
Preheat oven to 220°c. .
- Add tomato puree to tortilla and spread evenly until covered.
- Add all other toppings and bake in the oven for 7-8 minutes until cheddar is melted and edges of tortilla turn golden.
- Sprinkle rocket on the top and serve! Top Tip: If you can handle it, add some chilli flakes once finished for a flavoursome kick.
