What you'll need:

  • 1 medium tortilla wrap
  • 20g tomato puree
  • 50g cooked chicken breast
  • 50g 50% reduced fat cheddar
  • 20g feta cheese
  • 1/8 chopped green pepper
  • 1/8 chopped red pepper
  • Dried oregano
  • Rocket (for serving)

Method:

 Preheat oven to 220°c. .

  1. Add tomato puree to tortilla and spread evenly until covered.
  2. Add all other toppings and bake in the oven for 7-8 minutes until cheddar is melted and edges of tortilla turn golden.
  3. Sprinkle rocket on the top and serve! Top Tip: If you can handle it, add some chilli flakes once finished for a flavoursome kick.
