Q: Do shoppers have to buy anything to receive a scratch card?
A: Technically, no. This is a footfall driving initiative in which we are targeting potential shoppers but we would hope they would be inclined to purchase once in-store.
Q: How many times can I give out a scratch card?
A: Once a day per customer who shows the correct advert.
Q: The customer has showed something that looks slightly different to the advert – what do I do?
A: Either of the below will allow shoppers to qualify for a Love Summer Prizes scratch card:
Q: A customer has seen another customer be given a scratch card, what do I do?
A: If a customer who does not qualify for a scratch card requests one, it is the retailer’s discretion if they would like to give the customer a scratch card. Technically, the customer shouldn’t receive one, however it is understood that loyal customers and customer service factors may be an exception.
